Course Description
A CV is an essential tool every job seeker should have and along with a customized cover letter provides the complete tools for a job application. If you are looking for work it is likely that a potential employer will expect to see an updated CV detailing your previous work experience, education and skills as well as a cover letter describing in more detail why you are suited to the job. This course is designed to teach participants how to write an effective CV which will assist them in searching for and successfully finding a job. Training sessions are open to everyone regardless of previous experience, gender or age.

Training method
The course will be conducted via two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part an ACE qualified trainer will present the concepts and information required to start building your CV. The second part will build upon this knowledge and will contain a practical session where participants begin formulating the content of their CV with the guidance of the ACE trainer. Participants will have access to a computer and Microsoft Office, a variety of CV templates and pens and paper.
